This policy explains what we collect when you visit prospecly.com, submit our forms or use our services, and how we use it.
1. Information we collect
- You give us: company name, your name, phone number, email address, and anything you put in a form, message or call with us.
- Collected automatically: device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed and similar usage data, through cookies and standard server logs.
- Messages: texts, emails and call notes between you and Prospecly, which we keep so we can follow up on your request.
2. How we use it
- To respond to your request, book and remind you of calls, and build and host your website.
- To send texts and emails you opted in to receive, including confirmations, reminders and follow-up.
- To operate, secure and improve our website and services, and to meet legal obligations.
3. Text messaging (SMS)
When you check the consent box on our form, you agree to receive texts and emails from Prospecly about your request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or text messaging opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Information is shared only with service providers who help us send messages, as described below.
4. Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that act on our behalf, such as our customer relationship management and messaging platform, text and email delivery providers, scheduling and calendar tools, payment processors, and website hosting. They may use it only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and safety, or in a merger or sale of the business. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technology to keep the site working and understand how it is used. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may not work as intended.
6. How long we keep it
We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above, to resolve disputes and to comply with the law, then delete or anonymize it.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
8. Your choices and rights
You can opt out of texts by replying STOP and out of emails with the unsubscribe link. You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing support@prospecly.com. Residents of certain states, including California, have additional rights under state law, and we will honor valid requests.
9. Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
10. Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new version here with a new effective date.
